Most of the time, pick-up is available immediately. 

For bag orders exceeding 8 bags, please call to confirm a pick-up time. They will still always be made for you, but we don't want you having to wait!

For out of stock items, we try our best to call as soon as we get the order to issue a void/refund on the purchase or let you know when we will have more.

We have an $80 flat delivery fee for most of Pierce County and South King County. If you decide to place a delivery order, this amount is automatically added to your total. We will contact you if your delivery requires multiple deliveries. We do charge extra fees for deliveries over 20 miles away, such as Gig Harbor, Buckley, Yelm, Lacey, etc.

The easiest and most accurate way to order is to measure! Measure the length and width of rectangular areas, or straight across the middle for circular areas. Then give us a call and we'll help you with the rest!

For our flat delivery fee, we deliver to all locations within 20 miles. If the delivery location is further than 20 miles, we do charge extra and will call you prior to delivery. 

We deliver to the following areas for an extra fee: 

Buckley/Enumclaw, Yelm/Lacey, Gig Harbor, Anderson Island. Fee depends on mileage, toll fees, truck time, and material. Call for details. 

If we haven't delivered yet or you haven't picked up your purchase, we can do any changes needed beforehand and adjust costs.
